We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our clients high-performing team. While direct commercial real estate experience isn't essential, you must bring some Property or Real Estate-related bookkeeping knowledge and the confidence to hit the ground running.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll & superannuation preparation & lodgment
• Bank and account reconciliations
• BAS preparation and lodgements
• Processing property-related transactions
• Supporting monthly reporting and cashflow forecasting
• Liaising with directors as needed
• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation

You’ll bring:

• Proven bookkeeping experience within a property-related environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the team
