Rapidly growing agency is looking for a Social Media expert with strong experience in working with clients (existing & new) to maintain the best outcomes for their clients as well as deliver on commercial requirements.

Work with with premium clients across architecture, design, property, travel and beyond — delivering results through paid media, social amplification, and integrated content campaigns.

We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the business operations and commercial delivery of the business. This hands-on role is ideal for a driven, digitally fluent professional with a strong background in social media marketing, paid media execution, and business development. You’ll manage
a small team, work directly with clients, run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, and collaborate with executive leadership to shape the future growth of the agency and your role.

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn — from setup tooptimisation and reporting
• Strong operational and client management skills — comfortable running campaigns from start to finish
• Deep knowledge of platform capabilities across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and emerging channels
• Demonstrated experience in leading social video content development — from creative concepting through to working with production partners
• Confident in presenting ideas, leading proposals and building strong client relationships Commercially minded, solutions-driven and eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities
• Collaborative and comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders to drive business performance
