About the position:

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a solid foundation in commercial property law while working alongside experienced professionals.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing a wide range of property transactions including sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.

You’ll also work with a diverse client base that includes private investors, developers, SMEs, and commercial landlords. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their legal career who is eager to learn, take ownership of matters, and build long-term expertise in property law.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years PAE, ideally with exposure to property or commercial law
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in commercial property law
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
