About the role

Bitpool Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Finance and Administration Junior to join our team in our office located in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland. In this varied and dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support across our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including supplier and customer entries

Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and other financial accounts

Supporting Xero and Chargebee data entry workflows

Ordering supplies, coordinating travel, and assisting with employee onboarding needs

Maintaining accurate records and assisting with vendor/customer documentation

Providing administrative support to the Finance and Administration Manager and broader team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or administrative support role

Proficiency with Xero or other accounting platforms, and Microsoft Office

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation

Willingness to learn and contribute to a small, fast-paced team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills
