About the role

We are seeking a Procurement and Finance Administrator to join our team at Vaulta' in our Northgate, QLD office. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to utilise their strong financial and procurement skills to support our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and processing invoices

Providing administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, reporting and reconciliations

Occasional administration and interface with customers regarding invoicing

Providing general administrative support to the wider business as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a procurement or finance administrator role, ideally within a small-to-medium sized business

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Proficient in the use of accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office suite, and Google Cloud

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
