Administration Officer Finance

Support the finance team with creditors and data entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and financial records.

Assist with administrative tasks to streamline finance operations and maintain up-to-date documentation.

This is a Casual role based in beautiful Killarney for a not for profit community organization

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in finance administration, accounts payable, or data entry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Sound customer service skills including communicating with diverse range of stakeholders

Able to work as part of a team

Able to maintain confidentiality and be empathetic to clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance software systems (or willingness to learn)
