About the role
As a Customer Service Supervisor in our dynamic and diverse call centre, you’ll play a key leadership role supporting our customers. As a leading supplier of continence aids, wound care, nutrition, skin care, mobility and daily living aids, we value empathy, efficiency, and innovation in service delivery. You will guide and support a high-performing team to ensure consistently excellent service experiences.

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre where your leadership directly impacts customer satisfaction and team success
  • Support and coach team members, helping them grow through regular feedback, mentoring, and encouragement
  • Drive service excellence by monitoring performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering consistently high-quality support to our customers
  • Manage the day-to-day including rosters, priorities, and workflows to keep operations smooth and efficient
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture that values respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Centrally located in West Footscray!

About You

  • You have at least two years’ experience supervising a customer service team, ideally in the healthcare or disability sector
  • You’re a confident and supportive leader, skilled in coaching, performance management, and lifting team capability
  • You have excellent communication and time management skills, and you’re comfortable managing a wide range of staff personalities
  • You’re tech-savvy, confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and quick to pick up new systems
  • You’re a collaborative team player who leads by example, shares knowledge openly, and thrives in a diverse, inclusive workplace
