Senior Client Service Officer - Manly Local Court

  • Location - Manly
  • Ongoing - Fulltime (35 HPW)
  • Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($84,659 - $92,701), plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

You will provide complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality and professional services to clients and stakeholders of a court registry. The role supervises staff, allocates resources and provides ‘hands-on' training and guidance.

You may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing complex and high-quality administrative services within a court location
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients
  • Preparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondence
  • Supervising, guiding, training and providing support to a team
  • Effectively allocating resources to achieve daily goal
  • Managing complex inquiries and provide procedural assistance to clients and staff including researching, interpreting legislation, policy and court procedures
