We’re a friendly and growing private physiotherapy clinic, recently taken over by dynamic new management and now operating from a custom-built, modern space. As our client list expands, we’re looking for a warm, confident, and capable Receptionist to become the face of the clinic and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Part-time position (flexible hours), with the potential to grow to full-time over the next 12–24 months

Key point of contact for clients – both on the phone and in person

Handling appointments, client records, payments, and general admin tasks

Opening and closing the clinic confidently and independently

Providing backup coverage when teammates are on leave or unwell

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A professional phone manner and natural ease in client-facing roles

Strong computer skills and adaptability to digital systems

A client-centred approach – your warmth and attentiveness make people feel at ease

Ability to multitask in a busy, growing healthcare environment

Flexibility in work hours – especially valued during staff leave periods

BONUS POINTS FOR

Familiarity with Cliniko or similar practice management software

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

Experience with Slack, Asana, or other workplace collaboration tools
