About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is currently seeking a Receptionist on a temporary basis, to work full time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm in their CBD location. This assignment is going for approximately 4 weeks, starting as soon as possible to allow for a handover with the current encumbent. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Being the first point of contact for customers
• Face to face customer service
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• General administration

About You:

• Previous experience in a Reception role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident phone manner
• Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
