Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services across all phases
• Manage services subcontractors and ensure alignment with the construction program
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and design teams to ensure technical compliance
• Oversee services integration across site and support commissioning
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in services handover

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience coordinating building services on large commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction services design, delivery, and integration
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple disciplines
• Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights essential
