Due to strong growth and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, they are looking for motivated and talented Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to their team.

The Opportunity
As a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and closing out a diverse range of civil projects. You'll work alongside experienced project managers and site teams to drive quality, safety, and financial outcomes while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, programming, and reporting
• Monitor and drive project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support on-site
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and environmental management
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Support the preparation of project budgets and cost tracking
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline or qualification
• Proven experience in civil construction - ideally across transport infrastructure, mining infrastructure, or general civil works
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery, and HSEQ requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
