The Role
We’re partnering with a high-growth, innovation-led healthcare company that’s changing Orthodontics. This newly created role will support their continued expansion of supplying practices across the ANZ region.

You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, engaging prospects, onboarding new clients, and supporting long-term clinical success via remote education and consultative influence.
This is a strategic inside sales role focused on relationship-building and commercial impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to grow and sustain healthcare provider partnerships.

Duties

• Engage doctors at various funnel stages: from first conversation to re-engagement and case expansion.
• Convert warm leads from field teams, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Run consultative calls and training sessions via Teams—no cold calling.
• Deliver remote education that inspires doctors to adopt and grow with the platform.
• Partner with field teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maximise clinical potential.
• Support events and digital campaigns with follow-up and registration activity.

What Success Looks Like:

• Meeting daily and weekly engagement targets with strong call and follow-up rhythm.
• Delivering high conversion from warm leads to onboarding.
• Supporting long-term doctor success through coaching and technical detailing.
• Being a reliable “go-to” partner for field teams and marketing.
