THE POSITION:

• Drive new business through proactive prospecting, rental appraisals, and listing presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, colleagues, and industry networks
• Manage accurate documentation and ensure seamless handover of new listings to Property Managers.
• Maintain and grow the client database, tracking appraisals and new managements.
• Engage in continuous learning by attending training, meetings, and staying updated on industry changes.

THE CANDIDATE:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in property management, real estate or general sales
• Excellent negotiation skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will possess competent computer skills. Be extremely well presented and confident in your communication skills.
