Level Up CA is a busy accounting firm looking for an Experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
Duties will include all facets of administration, including the following tasks:
Greeting clients and answering telephones;
Managing emails;
Managing mail;
Providing administrative support to accountants;
Updating and maintaining client records;
Preparing and lodging documents with ATO & ASIC;
Liaising with ATO;
Ensuring the office is clean and tidy;
Directing firm correspondence; and
Managing workflow to meet deadlines.

Experience required
To be considered for this role you must have 3 years experience working in a similar role in a public practice accounting firm. You must also be competent using the following software:
Xero;
Xero Practice Manager;
CAS360.
