About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and organised Training and Development Coordinator to join our Aviation Services team at Brisbane Airport.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of on-site training and development programs, specifically supporting cleaning and maintenance services. You’ll work closely with operations to ensure staff are fully trained, competent, and compliant—delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance outcomes in line with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver site-based training programs aligned with contract obligations and company standards
- Collaborate with management to implement ongoing competency and refresher training
- Ensure compliance with Trident’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and training requirements
- Conduct inspections and training needs analyses
- Maintain accurate records and report on training performance
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a skills-based training role
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service focus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
