They recently relocated to a brand-new office with loads of space (and light!), so they are excited to welcome a local accountant to join the team. You'll get the best of both: working on complex tax matters but being close to home (so you can quickly jump back into your personal life).

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing tax returns and financial statements in full for multiple entities such as clients, partnerships, trusts and companies
• Learning to calculate Div7a, CGT, FBT and other complex tax matters
• Answering client queries and communicating directly with clients
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's) of professional accounting (or a related field)
• Prior accounting experience is a bonus
• Ability to prioritise work and work on multiple client files simultaneously
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and in a social team environment
