About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in cabinetmaking or joinery to take over an existing role in our team. This is a replacement position, not a new one — and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running without the need for hand-holding.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple joinery projects from drafting and production through to delivery and install — liaising with clients, tracking timelines, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

A qualified cabinet maker or shopfitter who has already moved into coordination, project supervision, or site/project admin

Someone who understands joinery inside and out — construction methods, sequencing, materials, and how to get things over the line

An organized communicator who can manage jobs independently in a busy, fast-moving environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage joinery timelines from drafting to delivery and install

Coordinate with clients, builders, and installers to keep jobs moving

Review drawings, flag discrepancies, and assist with approvals

Track material orders, hardware, and supplier lead times

Book site access, install teams, and manage readiness

Monitor job progress and support smooth handover to site

Must-Haves

Trade qualification in cabinet making or equivalent

Minimum 2–3 years experience in a coordination or supervisory role

Confident reading plans, elevations, and finishes schedules

Able to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight

Comfortable using email, Excel, and project/job tracking tools

Strong communicator who keeps things on track
