Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs

Join a fast-growing, design-led construction firm delivering high-end commercial fit-outs across SE QLD. Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple exciting projects and inspire a collaborative, high-performing team.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of 2–6 concurrent projects valued between $150K and $20M. You'll be responsible for the full construction lifecycle—from planning and procurement through to handover—while managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations. This is a key leadership role with influence across operations, people development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of complex commercial fit-out projects across a range of sectors
Manage project financials, forecasts, and procurement to achieve strong commercial outcomes
Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Oversee and mentor Site Managers and Contract Administrators
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all sites
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing multiple high-value commercial fit-out projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate delivery teams
Excellent commercial and financial acumen
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project software such as Procore is highly regarded
