We’re a Sunshine Coast-based construction company delivering a mix of residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. As we grow and take on more work, we’re seeking a Project Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, bring structure to our systems, support our sites, and be part of building something bigger. This is a gutsy, hands-on role that goes beyond a standard job description. It’s perfect for someone who wants to grow with the company, learn fast, and step into greater responsibility over time — including a clear pathway to Project or Construction Manager for the right person.

You’ll be based in our new Maroochydore office, working directly with the business owner and site teams. This role is all about ownership, urgency, and communication. You’ll be juggling priorities, picking up the phone, chasing things down, and making sure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities include: scheduling trades, tracking progress, and supporting site managers; communicating with clients, suppliers, engineers, and consultants; chasing quotes, following up documentation, and managing project files; document control, compliance tracking, and digital file management; jumping on the phone when needed — not everything is solved via email; helping us develop and refine internal systems and workflows.

Because we’re a growing business, this role will involve flexibility and a willingness to jump into new tasks as needed. We’re not hiring someone to tick boxes — we’re hiring someone who wants to build the business with us.
