Seeking an organised and motivated Assistant Project Manager / Coordinator in Brisbane to join a growing national firm and support the Senior Project Managers.

Outline Duties

• Support senior project managers in planning and organising projects, documentation, contractor compliance, proposals, health and safety, sub-contractor management
• Travel required to various projects around Queensland (approx. 2x a month)
• Remotely assist inter-state teams with their administration tasks
• Assist with resource allocation, and budget tracking
• Ensure projects stay on track, are completed within set timeframes, and keep everyone informed of project status

Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience supporting and coordinating projects, Minor and Capital Works to multiple Federal & Territory Government, Leisure, Commercial and Education premises is desirable
• Site supervision experience of multi-discipline trades
• Prior experience with PowerPoint, MS Project, ASITE, Aconex and / or Hammertech programs is preferred
• Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, stakeholders, and trades
