A Day in the Life Could Include:

Complex manual handling & hoist use

PEG feeding, continence & bowel care

Mealtime support, communication aids

Assisting with community access or in-home care

Building trust and consistency with participants and their families

You’re Our Perfect Fit If You Have:
✔ Experience with high complex needs (NDIS/aged care)
✔ Cert III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC + First Aid
✔ Confidence with care plans, documentation & compliance
✔ Emotional maturity and problem-solving skills
✔ Passion for quality care and a desire for professional growth
