Chapman Support Services is seeking 3–4 compassionate, reliable support workers to join our growing team in the Coffs Harbour area.

You’ll provide in-home care and therapy support for a young man with high support needs. We offer training, consistent shifts, and a supportive, family-focused environment where your work truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

Personal care: hoisting, showering, toileting (incl. bowel irrigation), dressing, wound care

PEG feeding, AVAP/BiPAP support (training provided)

Attending therapy sessions and medical appointments

Providing emotional, behavioural and social support

Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging home environment

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and caring individuals who want to make a real difference

Willingness to learn and follow detailed care protocols

Experience in complex care or disability support (preferred, not essential – training provided)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Role Details

Position: Casual

Pay Range: $37.50– $95/hour (including penalties and super)

Location: Coffs Harbour Jetty, family home setting

Shifts: Nights, afternoons, and weekend blocks available

Current First Aid Certificate

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Legal right to work in Australia
