About the Role:

Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Worker with a passion for delivering high-level care? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team, providing vital support to clients with complex needs in the Campbelltown area.

We support clients living with quadriplegia, high personal care requirements, complex bowel and catheter care needs, and mental health disabilities. Your role will be integral in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Woodbine

Ingleburn

Ambarvale

Surrounding SIL Houses

Service Requirements:

Personal care (including high-dependency and complex care)

Domestic assistance

Social and emotional support

Transportation and community access support as needed

Availability:

We have various shifts available. Applicants must have at least 3 days availability per week and be able to commit to ongoing shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting clients with complex physical and/or mental health needs
(Experience with quadriplegic clients is highly regarded)

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent

Understanding and application of trauma-informed care

Ability to deliver respectful, safe, and sensitive personal care

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centred approach

Mandatory Requirements:

Current First Aid Certificate

Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check

Valid Australian Work Rights
