We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Representative to join a Facilities Management business based in Mount Waverley. In this role, you'll be responsible for cold calling prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.

Key Details:

Part-Time Position – Approx. 15–25 hours per week

Flexible hours – would suit school hours (e.g. 9:30 am–2:30 pm)

Base hourly rate + performance incentives

Work from home flexibility

What You'll Do:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries

Identify potential leads and set appointments for our sales team

Build rapport with decision-makers and represent the company professionally

Maintain accurate call records and follow up on warm leads

Excellent verbal communication skills and fluent English required
