Our client is a boutique architectural studio crafting refined, contemporary residential spaces with an emphasis on warmth, materiality, and human experience. They are seeking a Studio Manager to support the day-to-day running of the studio. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a natural affinity for working in creative environments. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the team’s operations, ensuring the studio remains efficient, beautifully presented, and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the daily presentation of the studio, including meeting room readiness and general tidiness
Oversee facilities and IT support in collaboration with external consultants
Support implementation of systems that enhance studio efficiency and team wellbeing
Organise internal studio events, team lunches, CPD sessions and occasional client gatherings
Manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and supportive workplace
Greet visitors and manage occasional front-of-house communication
Assist with project administration when required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a design, architecture, or creative studio
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communicator with a professional and warm demeanour
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic studio setting
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, calendar systems, and working with external service providers
A genuine appreciation for design and the culture of architectural practice
