ROLE:

The Wesley Centre is seeking a highly organised Office Manager / EA to work in a small, not-for-profit team in the heart of Melbourne. The role is ideal for a values-driven person seeking flexible hours and a varied role.

The Office Manager / EA will work closely with the Director to manage internal records and processes, support governance and board administration, coordinate meetings and events, manage invoices, and monitor social media.

Part-time at 0.6 FTE (3 days). Salary is pro-rata of $80-100,000 per annum FT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

manage office systems to facilitate the Centre's work, including financial matters of Xero

maintain currency of website, schedule e-news, and manage social media accounts

organise public events

be initial point of contact

be executive assistant to the Director
