We’re now looking for an exceptional Salon Operations Manager to help lead our growing team, streamline our operations, and shape the future of a brand that’s redefining what it means to feel confident, cared for, and absolutely seen.

The Salon Operations Manager will be based primarily at our Cannington studio (HQ) but will be required to work across both locations as needed.

What you’ll do as our Salon Operations Manager:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled beauty professionals across both studios.

Oversee daily operations, staffing, rostering, and ensure smooth, efficient studio management.

Champion our high standards of service delivery and uphold our signature client experience.

Implement and monitor KPIs, team training, and ongoing performance development.

Collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Founder on marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Coordinate quarterly team training and ensure the team stays at the forefront of trends and techniques.

Maintain compliance with salon regulations, hygiene, and safety standards.

Foster a motivated, values-led team culture.

You will also need to be available Saturdays and one late night per week.

Who you are:

A confident, people-first leader with a sharp eye for business.

At least five years' experience in a similar role and know how to inspire, energise, and hold a team to a high standard.

Commercially savvy, operationally sharp, and obsessed with delivering a seamless client experience from start to finish.

You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.

Tech-literate, fluent in POS systems, and not afraid of a dashboard or two.

A passion for the beauty industry is a bonus!
