About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Generalist Lawyer to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who is:

Ready to hit the ground running

Confident managing files with minimal supervision

Interested in a flexible role (e.g. full-time or part-time)

You will handle a broad mix of matters and have real autonomy, while still being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload across Family, Criminal, Estates, and Civil matters

Appear in court for a variety of hearings

Draft, review, and advise on legal documents and agreements

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Handle client correspondence and attend conferences

Maintain well-organised physical and electronic files

Conduct legal research as needed

What We're Looking For

5+ years PAE (preferred)

Experience in court appearances and advocacy

Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise deadlines

Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with clients from diverse backgrounds

Highly motivated and professional attitude
