About the role:

Work closely with a collaborative team of lawyers and a supportive and down-to-earth General Counsel who encourages progression and career development. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, run matters with confidence, and handle a broad range of legal issues.

Your responsibilities may include:

Negotiating high value and complex contracts, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, tenders, IT contracts, and service and supply agreements.

Ensuring compliance and providing advice on legislative and regulatory requirements.

Providing advice on a wide range of issues including employment, general commercial law, property, construction and dispute resolution on occasion.

Who we are looking for:

This role will suit lawyers with 5-10 years’ PAE, ideally with strong commercial and contract experience, and experience working in-house, in top/mid-tier firms, or in leading boutique firms.
