We are currently looking for experienced pastry chefs for our Barangaroo shop who are passionate, creative, and able to work autonomously during prep and service. We are producing innovative asian-inspired desserts and celebration cakes for all occasions.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing elements for plated desserts and celebration cakes
- Executing recipes under the supervision of our Pastry Director
- Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe work place
- Must be able to work cohesively in a team as well as autonomously

Benefits:
- Part-time award hourly rate from $24.10 (Level 1) to $27.17 (Level 4) plus weekend rates, plus annual leave & loading, plus sick leave, plus superannuation

- Full-time salary also available up to and over $70K depending on experience
