About the role

Seeking experienced Bakers Baker's Assistants / Apprentices to join our team in our bakery in Albury, NSW. The full-time roles will involve preparing, cooking and assembling a range of breads, pastries and other baked goods to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

Weigh, mix and knead dough according to recipes

Cut, shape and decorate a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods

Operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens and mixers

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Communicate with the wider baking team to ensure efficient production

Keep the bakery workspace clean and organised

What we're looking for

Formal training or qualifications in baking or pastry making

Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional Baker or Baker's Assistant

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Good communication and teamwork skills

A passion for creating high-quality baked goods
