Organisation Design & Workforce Transformation Role – Financial Services

- Daily rate: $1300 incl.super
- Hybrid Option: 2 days onsite per week, with flexibility
My client is seeking a dynamic and capable professional to join a high-impact Organisation Design and Workforce Transformation program with a leading financial institution. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical project role focused on delivering meaningful organisational change through workforce strategy, operating model development, and transformation planning.
About the Role
You’ll join a dynamic, people-focused team delivering critical organisation design and workforce transformation outcomes. This role will see you involved across the full transformation lifecycle—including operating model development, capability mapping, role design, and execution planning.
We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level professional with around 10–12 years of experience, ideally having worked in roles such as Organisation Design Lead, Operating Model Consultant, or Transformation Project Manager within complex environments.
Success in this role requires a hands-on approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, sound project delivery capability, and an analytical mindset. Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organisation design and workforce transformation initiatives
- Develop operating models and role frameworks aligned to business strategy
- Contribute to capability mapping, business architecture, and role design
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Deliver high-quality project outputs using standard consulting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborate within a people transformation delivery team
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in operating model design and organisation design
- Proven background in workforce strategy and people transformation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to put data into actionable insights
- Consulting experience is a bonus
