The role:
As the Test Lead, you'll play a key role in developing and executing the overall testing strategy for a NSW Government Agency on an S/4HANA upgrade. You'll be responsible for leading testing efforts to ensure the solution meets business and technical requirements within project scope.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the execution of comprehensive test strategies, covering all major test phases.
• Manage and mentor the test team, promoting best practices and ongoing process improvement.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to validate system changes, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure delivery meets requirements.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, test environments, and reporting to stakeholders

Essential skills:
Extensive experience in test leadership within SAP upgrade, transformation or large-scale ERP projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA
