We are working with a leading Global Organisation on the lookout for a Tech Lead to join their team, immediately on a 6-month contract that has a minimum 2 year roadmap.

In this role you will drive the technology uplift between architecture and technology chapters, optimising processes to deliver a new platform. They are seeking someone who has proven experience working on workflow automations and complex projects in enterprise engineering environments. You will be coming in to look at how they automate processes, how they can create efficiencies and what new capabilities would work to deliver faster quote times.

Ideally you will have a good high-level understanding and execution from a delivery perspective but still be low level with problem solving and engineering. This role has a diverse set of tech, but strong API experience and integration experience with CRMs is highly sought after. Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days required in office.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the technology uplift representing both architecture and technology chapters
• Promote the adoption of cutting-edge engineering practices and automation
• Lead and develop solution designs across multiple technologies and teams/squads.
• Ensure technical delivery is aligned with the architectural vision and chapter roadmap

You will have (but not be limited to):

• Must have proven experience defining manual processes to workflows/automation.
• Strong ability to deliver technology and business outcomes
• Proven experience designing and building from a low and high level
• CV will show you as a self-starter, who has worked on complex projects in an enterprise engineering environment
• Strong Software Development Experience (their tech stack is varied so they don’t mind what in)
• Strong problem solving and ability to think critically
• Experience with CRM or BPM tech is desirable
