The role:
Play a key role in executing the change strategy to support the adoption of changes in a recently stood up SAP S/4HANA upgrade program
What you will be doing:
- Champion and mentor deployment teams to implement effective Change Management practices.
- Lead comprehensive change evaluation activities, including Complexity Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, and Business Readiness assessments.
- Formulate Digital Adoption Platform strategy and oversee its deployment.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage Change Risks and Issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Desirable skills:
- Proven work experience as a Change Lead on large-scale System Modernisation, or upgrade project preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
- Certification in a change management methodology (e.g. PROSCI or Kotter)
