In the newly created role of Product Support Specialist within the Mutual Benefits team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and evolving our suite of Mutual Benefits products. This dual-purpose position combines administrative support with subject matter expertise, ensuring both operational excellence and strategic enhancement across our customer offerings.

You'll provide hands-on support across a broad range of platforms and tools, including the Learning Management System (LMS), EMlearning courses, SCORM-based content, risk and safety platforms, health and wellbeing resources, and EML Offers.

You will also work closely with our operational teams to support non-account managed clients, helping them navigate and access the right products and solutions that drive workplace education, injury prevention, return to work, and overall wellbeing.

This will be a full time, 12 month contract position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the full Mutual Benefits product suite, including our Learning Management System (LMS), EMlearning courses, health and safety tools, and other customer-facing platforms.
  • Monitor product usage and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve user experience and drive increased engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and scale product offerings in line with changing customer needs and business priorities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product suite by assisting with product reviews, user experience enhancements, and the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of reporting, insights, and performance tracking to support data-driven decisions and improve overall program delivery.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within product support, administration, or customer-facing program delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to support a range of products or services, including coordination of updates, user queries, and general administration.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide user guidance.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support reporting, documentation, and presentations.
  • Fast learner with demonstrated agility in picking up new platforms, systems, and technologies to support evolving business needs.
  • Strong customer service skills along with proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Good understanding of the challenges and operational needs of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the context of injury prevention, return to work, or workplace education.
