About the role

We are seeking a proactive and outcomes-focused Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key initiatives across our Group Communication & Corporate Affairs portfolio on a full-time 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and is confident working across multiple workstreams to enable operational efficiency, planning, and delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Group Communication & Corporate Affairs, you’ll support three key functional areas — Media and Corporate Communication, Organisational Communication, and Events — through effective coordination, project administration, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling and delivery support across multiple streams; facilitate working groups and track progress against key milestones.

Portfolio Operations: Maintain portfolio calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate internal reporting requirements and manage meeting actions.

Event and Campaign Support: Support the delivery of internal and external events, communication campaigns and publications including logistics, tracking, procurement and compliance.

Business Administration: Preparing key financial, executive and Board papers. Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, procurement coordination and risk/governance actions.

Risk and Compliance: Ensure risk policies are adhered to and that audit items are actioned and managed accordingly.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance the operational rhythm of the team.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the conduit for connection and collaboration across NGM Group Divisions.

What are we looking for?

You bring a delivery mindset and enjoy contributing to outcomes as part of a broader team. You're structured, reliable, and proactive, with the confidence to coordinate across stakeholders and provide high-quality project and operational support. Additionally, you will bring:

Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent outcomes are delivered.

Demonstrates the ability to interact confidently, positively, and effectively with others while also being able to challenge other points of view.

You will be an innovative, solutions-orientated thinker who can actively turn strategy into action.

Demonstrated success in delivering complete business initiatives from start to finish.

Strong written communication skills with experience developing Executive and or Board reports.

Have a high level of adaptability with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
