Customer & Technical Support Specialist (E-Bikes) – Full Time
LEKKER Bikes Australia – Born in Amsterdam and raised in Australia, we blend Dutch cycling heritage with modern design to deliver a premium eBike experience. With flagship stores in Melbourne and Sydney, we’re focused on providing a seamless ride and exceptional service to every customer.
We’re on the hunt for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to join our Melbourne team full-time. You’ll be the go-to person for customers needing support – from answering technical questions and solving problems to delivering excellent service online, over the phone, and in person.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end customer support across all channels (in-store, email, phone)
Diagnose and resolve common mechanical and technical issues on eBikes (brakes, gears, electronics)
Handle post-purchase support including warranties, returns, and spare parts queries
Accurately log and manage tickets using tools like Freshdesk and Hubtiger
Collaborate closely with sales and workshop teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute to ongoing improvements in our support systems and knowledge base
✅ What We’re Looking For (Essential)
Solid bicycle knowledge and hands-on experience with e-bikes or mechanical components
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tech simply and clearly
Customer service legend – calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and genuinely helpful
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and owns the outcome
Digitally savvy, comfortable using systems like Monday.com, Shopify, Freshdesk
Team player, reliable and adaptable in a small, fast-moving team
Schedule flexibility, including availability Sundays to Thursdays if needed
⭐ Bonus Points (Desirable)
Retail or workshop experience in the bike or outdoor industries
Familiarity with Shopify POS or similar e-commerce systems
Experience handling warranty or spare parts processes
Any mechanical training or hands-on workshop experience
🔁 Schedule & Pay
Full-time role, 5 days a week (may include weekends)
