Customer Care & Sales Support Specialist

About the Role This is a high-volume, customer contact role focused on delivering excellent service to existing clients, while supporting new business growth through quality referrals.
Your day will include:

• Requesting loan statements from lender partners.
• Updating personal details.
• Supplying payout letters and related documentation.

• Making 100+ outbound calls daily via automated dialer systems.
• Following scripted word tracks and structured contact cycles.
• Assisting customers with admin support tasks on behalf of client Broker teams, such as:
  
• Educating customers on the finance and insurance services offered by clients.
• Referring sales opportunities to the relevant client Broker team.
• Guiding customers through the online process for car insurance with clients’ preferred insurance partners.

Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Confidence using structured scripts and automated dialer platforms.
• Strong multitasking skills: follow client processes, update CRM systems, and manage email traffic simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and escalate referral opportunities.
• Friendly and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to work with AI tools and automation.
