Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist with a background in solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical engineering. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about clean energy and eager to grow their careers by providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer and electrician inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.

Provide both on-site and remote support for system installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Collaborate with our headquarters to create customized circuit connection diagrams tailored to client needs.

Monitor system performance data, analyse anomalies, and ensure optimal device functionality.

Collect and document post-installation feedback to enhance technical and application functionality.

Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales orders and inventory processes.

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and proofread technical documentation for accuracy.

Communicate effectively with our China-based headquarters; Mandarin language skills are highly preferred.

Travel interstate as needed to support customer sites and installations.

Be willing to hit the road, must have a valid driver’s license and own car.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Foundational knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical engineering principles.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Internship or project experience in renewable energy is an advantage.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support communication with international teams.

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote role with flexibility and independence.

Travel may be required for on-site support and occasional interstate visits.
