This is an IT Support Specialist role, we are looking for someone passionate, organized, and people-driven to help introduce customers to our technology solution through trails, training & on-boarding.

Role responsibilities

Be at the frontline of growth — managing customer trials (proof of concepts) that showcase how our solution saves lives

Set up and manage trial deployments with new customers across retail, healthcare, and government sectors.

Coordinate onboarding and training to ensure customers are confident and ready to use our technology.

Act as the customer’s guide throughout the trial, providing support, collecting feedback, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Capture data and results, turning them into powerful post-trial reports that show how we performed and how it fits each customer’s safety goals.

Support the sales team by helping convert trials into long-term partnerships through exceptional trial experiences.

Train teams onsite or remotely, empowering users to take control of their personal safety with our devices and software.

Role requirements

Prior experience in any of the following types of roles: IT Support, technical support, technology retail, customer onboarding, software support, technical training, account management or telecommunications

Confidence in working with technology and data — from setting up hardware to creating basic reports & taking out customers on a journey

Ability to convey technical terms to non-technical users

A background in IT / Technology is highly regarded e.g. IT support roles, any sort of technical support / service roles that have been customer facing

Strong communication and organization skills — you’ll be talking to frontline workers, senior managers, and sales reps alike.

A people-first mindset — passionate about helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.
