About the Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a switched-on, highly organised Executive Assistant to support a top-performing real estate agent and their small, fast-paced team. This is a pivotal role offering variety, responsibility, and real impact—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, polished, and professional environment.

You’ll be the backbone of daily operations, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting an award-winning team known for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary management and appointment scheduling

Inbox management and communication filtering

Client onboarding and sales administration

Database entry, updates, and reporting

Property appraisal preparation and follow-up

Coordinating open homes and property viewings

Managing and monitoring team KPIs

Mailouts and creation of marketing collateral

Client relationship management and follow-up

Vendor reporting and progress updates

Working closely with the marketing team

Business and personal admin tasks and errands

Supporting a high-volume, well-established Director

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a similar EA or sales admin role (real estate experience essential)

QLD Certificate of Registration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

Tech-savvy with CRM/database proficiency

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident, friendly, and professional presence

A self-starter with excellent time management and initiative

Immaculate presentation and a polished, professional approach
