About the Pub

The Crown Inn Hotel, located in Old Reynella, is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to join our expanding team. If you have your RSA and RCG, are able and willing to work on a flexible roster , and are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service with a strong work ethic we’d love to hear from you!

Located on the Main road of Old Reynella, the Crown Inn is soon to be renovated making it the heart and soul of the local community of Reynella.

The remuneration on offer is negotiable and will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the role, as well as the seniority and responsibility the role possesses. We are looking to offer both casual or full time depending on the applicants wants and skillset

Skills and experience

Paired with the above, to succeed you will need to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience for 1 + years in a similar role

Exposure to managing teams of staff in high pressure environments

A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product and overall customer experience

Ability to work nights and weekends

The ability to develop your staff in all aspects of their role including product knowledge, customer interactions and specific service skills while fostering an enviable culture amongst your team

Experience and understanding of hospitality systems including POS, accounting software and reporting tools

Sound knowledge of Liquor & Gaming compliance
