We are seeking a full-time Duty Manager to join the team and help create unforgettable experiences. Reporting to an experienced Venue Manager who has a track record of building cohesive and happy teams with the freedom to be creative and contribute to the business.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in driving excellent service across all areas of the hotel

Ability to train and supervise staff, providing clear direction and supporting safe work procedures

Ability to multi-task

Experience in gaming, including current advanced or further advanced training.

Must be available to work across a 7-day roster.
