Key responsibilities

Work across all departments of the hotel, fostering harmonious relationships with all employees and operations

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to write daily reports to be communicated to the team

Strong conflict resolution skills

Reporting to the Venue Manager, embracing our team values through leading by example

Desire to learn and seeking a career opportunity

Be an engaging, charismatic individual with charm and energy

Proactive in self-development.

Availability to work over 7-day roster, including nights and weekends

About You

Be well organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Attention to detail with a particular eye for presentation and quality

Posses excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive approach and energy

Administration skills to aid communication and perform required reporting tasks

Previously held positions of leadership in similar environments

RSA certified and badged RP essential with an RSG badge an advantage

Experience with H&L an advantage
