We’re currently on the hunt for an Assistant to our Head of Socials. Someone who’s passionate about streetwear, switched on when it comes to trends, and ready to help us level up our digital presence. If you’re organized, creative, and confident in the world of social media, this is your shot.

About the Role

As the right hand to our Head of Socials, you’ll help run day-to-day operations across content, strategy, and influencer marketing. This is a fast-paced, creative role with a mix of planning, admin, and on-the-go execution.

You’ll be doing things like:

Helping manage and post across TikTok & Instagram

Planning content ideas and bringing them to life

Finding & reaching out to influencers that align with Realism

Checking and replying to DMs & emails from our audience and partners

Prepping & packing orders for influencer outreach

Helping capture BTS footage and assisting on shoot days

Updating grids, schedules, and keeping things moving behind the scenes

About You

We’re not just hiring skills, we’re hiring energy. You’re someone who:

Has experience in social media or content creation

Understands how streetwear, culture, and internet trends collide

Can write in different brand tones (funny, edgy, serious, whatever’s needed)

Is super organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Doesn’t wait to be told, you jump in and make things happen

Works well in a team and can keep up in high-pressure moments

Has an eye for design, photography or styling (a bonus)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reply to emails

Stay across and troubleshoot DMs on Connect, Realism, and SSS accounts

Run our influencer outreach, finding new people and keeping existing ones engaged

Pack influencer orders and maintain our consignment grids

Like, comment, and engage across TikTok and Instagram

Post and schedule content based on our calendar

Join us on shoot days to help film and capture behind-the-scenes content

Stay involved in content ideation and campaign planning

What We’re Looking For

Based in Melbourne and available to work in-office

Full-time availability

Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and content tools

Comfortable behind the camera (or eventually, in front of it)

Clear communication and a calm attitude under pressure

Someone who genuinely cares about streetwear, branding, and storytelling
