About the Roles

We are currently seeking two engineers to join our team:

1. Structural Engineer – Footing Design & Inspections (Minimum 1 year experience)

Conduct footing inspections across residential construction sites

Complete footing design and reporting to AS2870 and other relevant codes

Work closely with clients, drafters, and internal engineers

Suitable for someone looking to grow their technical expertise in residential design

2. Structural Engineer – Mid Level

Responsible for structural beam design, rectification of site issues, and technical oversight

Provide engineering advice to clients and builders, with occasional site visits

Assist in resolving non-compliances, on-site variations, and challenging design conditions

Collaborate with experienced mid-level and senior structural engineers as part of a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Full Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence

Minimum 1 year experience (for inspection role), 4+ years preferred for senior role

Experience in residential construction preferred

Ability to work independently and remotely, with support from our close-knit team

This is a fully work-from-home role, however, applicants must be based in Adelaide to attend local site inspections as required
