We're partnering with a national engineering firm known for its down-to-earth team, collaborative spirit, and technical excellence. They’re now seeking a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer ready to take ownership of major buildings projects and mentor a growing team.

The Role

• Lead structural design on commercial, high-rise, education, and healthcare projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and builders, your voice matters here
• Mentor junior staff and support project delivery from concept to construction
• Use tools like Structural Toolkit, SpaceGass, RAPT, ETABS
• Flexible work hours (school pick-up/drop-off supported) + 1 WFH day

You Bring

• 5–10+ years of Australian structural design experience
• Strong concrete and steel design capability
• Excellent communication, client-facing confidence, and leadership potential
• Chartered or working toward CPEng
