The Role – Structural Engineer (3–6 Years’ Experience) You’ll work alongside senior staff to deliver structural designs on a variety of building types. Key duties include:

• Structural design of concrete, steel, and timber structures for medium to large buildings
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation, design reports, and specifications
• Coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders
• Supporting site inspections and contributing to construction phase services
• Continuing technical development under mentorship from senior engineers

The Role – Senior Structural Engineer (6–10+ Years’ Experience) Stepping into a leadership-focused role, you’ll oversee project delivery while mentoring junior engineers. Duties include:

• Leading structural design of commercial, residential, education, and healthcare projects
• Producing and reviewing detailed reports, computations, and engineering drawings
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and coordination with clients and design teams
• Supporting business development through repeat client relationships and technical excellence
• Ensuring QA compliance and contributing to team capability-building

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus essential)
• Strong technical capability in concrete, steel, and timber structures
• Proficiency with design software (e.g. ETABS, RAM, RAPT, SpaceGass)
• Revit experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and design tasks with minimal supervision
• Australian permanent residency (required)
